I dont think it would look girly. Where on your body are you planning on getting it?

No way. Get whatever you like the most, don't worry about stuff being girly or manly. If you are a hunky male then you don't have to worry about it looking girly, coz it'll just look like a picture of a bird on a bloke, if you were effeminate then, yeah, it would probably add to the girly image. I have a tattoo of a Chinese dragon on my shoulder and I didn't worry if it looked to manly because I'm blatantly not a manly girl, so it didn't really matter. I reckon a blue jay will look nice, go for it.

If well done the jay bird would be fine, I was comtemplating getting a heida raven at one point. While the jay bird doesn't scream agressive male testosterone, it does have a certain stylish flair that will certainly set you apart from the leagues of tiger and pather tattoos. Go for it. It will be that lil thing that's different about you.

yes i would say its a bit girli but iv made the mistakre of going too agresive and every time i wear a t-shirt people see me as a thug when i actully am just a friengly guy with allot of tats

get whatever floats your boat though if you want a tat then dont let people influence you its there for life and only you can deside seriously

if you want a blue jay bird you get a blue jay bird dont let people influence your decision

if there is one personal decision which no one can ever influence you on it is a tattoo because tattooes make you who you are they mean special individual things

go for it

HAPPY TATTOOING

doesn't sounds like you should be getting a tattoo if you have no idea what you want. what the f is the significance of a tiger? just lookin macho? at least a blue jay may have some actual meaning to you?

I think not too girlie. As a woman I would not want a tattoo of such an agressive bird on me. Tigers are nice, though.

A guy I work with got a sparrow tatooed on both of his arms, it does look kinda stupid. He said they are for good luck, but I've heard him get ragged on quite a bit by the other guys. You should get what you want to get, just make sure you are sure you want it. I am 27 and am seriously regretting some tats I REALLY wanted about 10 years ago. I loved them at the time, but now wish I had never gotten them or would have placed them somewhere that they could be easily hidden. Good luck, Also make sure you go to someone who you have seen thier work. Most of mine are homeade tattoos, but my first & only professional tattoo is the worst one, and I hate the most. The guy ended up getting fired for it, but I have to live with it. Just because they work in a tatoo shop, don't assume they are good. Ask to see thier work.

yeah I think so too....but understand that the tat is for you and not other people...if you like a blue jay bird better than you like a tiger then you may need to think about that.

You will know when you see it. have a little patience.

No way! People get great looking, colorful tattoos all the time. Try finding a great picture and a great artist and you will have something that people envy.

Maybe the bird should have an AC/DC tattoo and be playing guitar.
