After spending the majority of my lunchbreak yesterday dodging cars on a main road to try and rescue a stray dog - whom several cars actually hit and drove on - I managed to catch him and bring him to the vet. She kept him in overnight to check him out and rang me today to inform me that he has a hip disorder and unfortunately he will have to be put down although I was going to keep him. She agrees that the reason he was thrown out of his home is because of this defect.
my question is - what kind of horrible cruel unconsiderate f*cker would throw a 6 mth old pup to the streets - because they cant be bothered to pay 50 quid to have him humanely put down??
I would gladly serve time for what I would do to a person that is capable of something cruel like this... what do you guys think??
xx

Cruelty to animals is worse in my opinion to cruelty to a human (not a child) as they can have no say or call anybody for help.

These people should be tied up and left in the rain or a small box to live in there own sh*t, after a week ask if they would ever treat an animal like that again.

Even if they can not afford the vets bill's there are other organisations that can help animals with out being cruel.

Some total w@nker basically! I can't imagine what sort of person you'd have to be to be cruel to an animal.
Well done for making the effort to rescue him though and although it was ultimately a sad ending at least he died humanely rather than being run over and left for dead.
My animals are my babies and if I ever caught anyone harming them (or any other animal to be honest) I wouldn't hesitate to wade in guns blazing!

Lots Of people see animals as something to be cruel to, If they didn't want the dog they could have taken it to their local rescue, then their vet would have decided on treatment or if it was better to have him put to sleep.
