I have done this before with an eyebrow ring that had screw on balls. I used medical clamps (the scissor type) to hold the ball, it got much more leverage. The best bet is to go to a piercing place that will know how to do it without damaging the piercing or hurting you. You could end up ripping it which would be extremely painful!

Latex gloves. You'll have a better grip that way. Plus with some barbells one ball is fixed in place, so if the one won't turn try the other, and be sure you're turning the correct way.
If you STILL can't get them off, don't use pliers or anything dangerous like that, you could hurt yourself and damage the piercing. Go see a piercer and they should be more than happy to give you a hand.

Pick up a pair of latex or nitrile gloves, they offer more grip on the beads. I don't recomend using pliers, as they will damage your jewelry, and you could tear the piercing if you slip. If all else fails, go to your piercing studio and ask them to change it. It happens a lot, people unable to unscrew beads, and they will most likely change it for free. (also make sure you're turing the bead the correct way, otherwise you're just making it tighter) Remember too that both beads unscrew, so if one is giving you a hard time, try the other end

No take it out, piercing with a protection pin is an idiotic component of do. Do you recognize how severe the prospect of an infection is the protection pin is easily not sterile, and the reason you won't have the ability to get the bar in is as a results of the fact the protection pin isn't made for piercings, learn from this and get it accomplished by using a consultant who makes use of the appropriate kit it particularly is sterile

I had the same problem over a year ago. My boyfriend had to end up taking it out with pliers or some kind of tool. But if you see a ring in a tattoo shop that you like and want to buy ask them to put it on and switch it. Also rather than you trying to take it out yourself have some one else do it.

pliers...but be careful! one time i pinched myself & it hurt sooo BAD! i got a horrible blood blister. if you don't want to do this yourself, i suggest going back to where u got pierced & have them do it for u. they shouldn't have a problem with it, im sure it happens to a lot of other people.
