It is Korean and literally means "are you in peace" annyoung means peace. It is a greeting like "how are you".

Why do so many people in Languages of all places have such terrible grammar? You have an excuse if you're not a native English speaker, but otherwise you don't when you start a sentence with an un-capitalized non-word like "wat!"

Its is the most common way to salute adult to adult in Korean, meaning "How do you do?" or "Hello" (in a formal way).
