Yes. The only thing that cures them is drinking out of the wrong side of a glass of water. This also works for hiccups at home, in the pub, in the park...wherever!

No !!! but i get them every time i go for a hot indian , two mouthfulls and i"m off (really loud ) really embarrassing ! it takes me ages to finish my meal ???????
