men do like independant females. Its bad for anyone to always be in controll of anything....In a relationship all your controll should be given up by both parties so your both doing for eachother and never for yourselves.

It's bad for either one to be in control all the time, regardless of gender.
A relationship is about two people coexisting peacefully and romantically, not about one being in charge.
Some men don't like independent women for the same reason some women don't like independent men. Some people (like my sister) feel a need to be a protector/provider, which would translate to being a little more controlling.

OK well this question needs to be a little more detailed but let me ask you this would you be OK with a man that wanted to be in control all the time and have all the power i sure would i would smack him up side his head if he did
guys feel the same way still be independent and in control of yourself always but not the situation sometimes men need to be put in there place a little but only if they did something wrong and hurt you if they didn't then dont take there power away and the same goes for girl i know 2 or 3 bratty girls that need to be told to stop it
just learn to relax and to not take peoples power away

Really, it's unhealthy for a relationship for either partner to be in control all the time. Some partners are generally more dominant, which is normal, and it may be ok for one partner to control certain aspects of the relationship. For example, the man may be terrible with money, and the woman may be great handling the finances. In this case, and always in moderation, the woman controlling the majority of the couple's finances might be healthy and acceptable.
Some men don't like independent women because it challenges their manhood and/or idea of manhood. They likely feel that, as a man, they need to have a woman be submissive to them in all/most things.

If you are being controlled by another human being, whether it is a male, or a female, you are in a unhealthy situation.
Realize no one is really in control, God is in Control, if give yourself to him, he will not put anything on you that you can not bear. Some men don't like an independent female, because of their childhood history, insecurity,derived from a sense of abandonment, and most of all because of their lack of faith, and trust in god.

Yes, because you are setting yourself up for continuous hurts. Because you are in control does not make your man weak, in fact in most cases this indicates that your man is in more control than you because he is not intimidated by you and for the sack or lack of arguement, will offer no dispute. Remember, in most cases, we attract what we project, so I have a feeling you do not like weak men. Best thing to do is look for a man of different interests than yourself. This will allow you and he to compliment each other rather than finding yourself in a constant game of "can you top this". If you constantly land a man who reminds you of yourself, you just might discover how annoying you are as a woman and not as much due to being independent. (No offense)

Women are in control ALL the time.. Men just allows that to happen because if they oppose it the control of their anger increases and a war may result. So, in order to have some sort of peace, men just keep quiet.

I love for women to be in control all the time. My wife doesn't but I love it. Tie me up and take control, but seriously sometimes women don't show a man what they want to do and say whatever you decide is fine, then we pick the wrong resturant or movie...........seriously ladies give us a clue!

no one person can be in control forever. sooner or later the other person is gonna get sick of it. nothing wrong with independent females

for love, and relation ships to stay healthy, there has to be give and take. some one who wants control all the time ruins the harmoney. Control all you wish, your gonna be lonley for quite a spell, with out the give and take thing, as well as trust
