Check with your doctor or see the ingredients of that patch and check out some websites which give the side effects of medicines.

Definitely could be hormonal. happens to me all the time..my boyfriend will wake me up and make me change my clothes because i am soaking the bed.
Night sweats, or nocturnal hyperhydrosis, can be caused by many things. Sweating is a natural body function, but if it becomes bad enough to wake you up night after night, wet and shivering, it has gone beyond "natural." Stanford Medical Center lists the following as possible causes:
Any illness where you suffer from a fever.
Diabetes Insipidus
Hyperthyroidism
Secretion from certain cells in the brain
Anemia
Hypothalamic lesions
Epilepsy
Strokes
Cerebral palsy
Migraine
Spinal cord infarction
Head injury
Familial dysautomia
Anti-nausea medication used in pregnancy
Obstructive sleep apnea
See your doc if you are really worried.

You might be going through the menopause that is a typical symptom of it, you need to go to doctors as they will do blood tests to see if it is the menopause or rule out anything else Good luck

Depending on your age, it could be menopause. Also from time to time your core of your body gets insanly hot, especially around the neck & chest area.

please go see your ob/gyn it could be hormonal (if your over 30). If your younger still go see the doc it could be a reaction to your birth control. (chemical imbalance takes a long time to balance everything back out). possible ph overload from birth control too. drink lots of water. you can always try your symtoms on web md. (not that it helps alot but at least try)
