i caught my bestfriend and my boyfriend sleeping together in my room on my bed. i need help someone please tell me what i should do. i have known my bestfriend for 5 years and my boyfriend for 3 years and he told me he loved me. should i keep one and not the other or do i leave them both???

You need to go with what he shows you, not what he tells you. And these days, I would be steering clear of anyone that thought sleeping around was the thing to do. I would ditch them both, but take the high road - be civil about it and just leave them both, it will drive them nuts.
On the other hand, if they were in clothes and just sleeping, is there another place that made sense for them to take a nap? If not, maybe they were just sleeping?

I guess you have to ask yourself whether or not you believe in a separation of love and lust. Yes it's possible that your boyfriend doesn't love you and your friend was trying to piss you off, but I doubt that unless they are that kinda people. On the other hand though, maybe they just wanted have wild sex(if they actually did cuz I wasn't clear from what you said). I know that may not seem any better, but if you consider that the concept of love and one sexual partner is somewhat of a societal imposition compared to what animals do, then you could take the standpoint that your boyfriend didn't cheat on you because he doesn't love you, but because he wanted to fulfill himself sexually. Also, if he's not satisfied with your bedroom performance it's not off the wall to say that he would go elsewhere as opposed to trying to tell you that kinda thing.

I would ditch them both. It doesn't matter what they say or how long you've known the both of them. Being that one is your boyfriend and the other is your best friend, they should know better than that. I don't care what situation I'm in; I would never be in the same bed with my best friend's boyfriend. That's just weird and almost suspicious.

It depends on the kind of person you are..If you can forgive them then do it but what kind of best friend is she to sleep with your man that isn't the type of friend id want to keep around and plus you wont be able to trust her as much....you never know if she'll do it again. And the boyfriend just get rid of him he doesnt deserve you if he cant even be faithful to you.

Kick the bastart out and never speak 2 either one.
Go out and spend some money on a niceh air do, clothes. Go to a spa and spend time w/ ur true friends and family.

I have seen this a few times with friends some stayed with the BF but in the end he ended up cheating on someone else
once a cheater always a cheater as much as it will hurt but you will get over HIM DUMP him fast & now & for your friend tell her to go to H*** with friends like that who needs enemies??

Thank God you did not marry the player and none of them are your friends. You can only be used if you let people us u. Either they go or u go unless u want to continue to share. Some people can deal with sharing especially if he can afford 2 plus wives.

kick both their asses out of your life! Neither one is worth your friendship. If your friend was your friend - she wouldn't have done that, and if your boyfriend loved you as he said - he wouldn't have done that. And to do it in your bed......well, that is just down right sleazy of them! I would go find a new friend and a new boyfriend!
