i caught my bestfriend and my boyfriend sleeping together in my room on my bed. i need help someone please tell me what i should do. i have known my bestfriend for 5 years and my boyfriend for 3 years and he told me he loved me. should i keep one and not the other or do i leave them both???

ummm no. This just shows how much they love you that they don't care about your feelings enough to sleep together knowing that its wrong. Just get another boyfriend and bestfriend. You will feel better and not have to worry about leaving them both alone anywhere.

Of course you should ask them for explanations, and listen. In all likelihood, the explanations will be bogus. But there can be exceptions. In a similar situation, I came to understand that one party went into the circumstance broken, really messed up from recent major, life-events, while the other person went in feeling proud, cocky, entitled.
___Were both equally to blame? (There are other circumstances of the same sort, but you get my drift, I hope.)

that's a no-brainer. you don't need me to tell you what's right. you're just looking for reinforcement. do you really think you could ever trust either of them again? don't you think that trust is what love and friendship are based on?
