Look it may not be illegal but this is not to say that cops can't harass you. You can get creating a disturbance or any number of things if a cop wishes. There are people who freak out at the sight of a weapon and cops who don't want anyone to carry. When you mix the two you have problems.

a chum and that i had this communication a pair of month in the past. It relies upon on the state and native regulations. In ohio there's a lawsuit that became overturned two times related to this comparable count. my opinion is that it is not any longer a hid weapon if worn on your hip in a holdster consequently no longer hid and demands no enable. even with the undeniable fact that community regulations can state which you're no longer allowed to hold a firearm on the city limits.

Similar situation to CA then? It isn't illegal but the cops they talked to said if you did it you were going in for a psych evaluation anyway. I think at least one guy does in CA, can't find the story though. Cops here are trigger happy, they are as likely to shoot you out of fear as take the time to find what the heck is on your mind.
