Okay. So I'm definitely going to stick to a plan this time. REALLY. I SWEAR. Because being skinny and not having that flat stomach I want so badly bothers me too much.

Anyway. Crunches? Sit-ups? Would crunches be best? If so, how many? In the morning or before bed/at night?

Diet pills?
Well, taking my age into consideration, I'd have to run that one by my parents. Hah and that would be an automatic no. Besides, I don't need diet pills, I'm a size zero, and just trying to get a flat, toned stomach.

You cannot spot-exercise to reduce a part of your body,
You can change the way fat is distributed on your body by getting 30-40 minutes a day of moderate-difficult cardio exercise.
When you do not get that kind of exercise, your body tends to store fat in the abdomen. If you are active, less fat will be stored and it will be stored more evenly around your body.

I am with you...I am thin but my stomach is not as flat as I'd like! Currently I'm trying to do cardio about 4 times a week and doing an exercise called "the Hundred". Its hard to stick to an exercise plan so I can understand you! Good Luck!!

Do them every other day, work up to 100 crunches.
Do side stretches also.
Try before bed
