Okay. So I'm definitely going to stick to a plan this time. REALLY. I SWEAR. Because being skinny and not having that flat stomach I want so badly bothers me too much.
Anyway. Crunches? Sit-ups? Would crunches be best? If so, how many? In the morning or before bed/at night?

Diet pills?
Well, taking my age into consideration, I'd have to run that one by my parents. Hah and that would be an automatic no. Besides, I don't need diet pills, I'm a size zero, and just trying to get a flat, toned stomach.
