Very bad.
Cut the alcohol for a month and give your liver a chance to recover then start back a lot slower.
I know thats not the answer you wanted, but this increased tolerance is a warning sign.

You need to find a better alcohol. Try Jack Daniels, Or some other liquor. Apparently beer is now a waste of time for you.

It all depends on what you consider bad. For me yes, 12 beers everyday does seem a bit much. But who am I to judge you?
