As black as my soul.*
My favourite coffee drink is an espresso, followed distantly by coffee produced with the french-press method. As far as beans go, I prefer them to be Arabica, roasted medium-dark, an preferably from Africa - Ethiopia and Kenya in particular.
I did once try Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee, and it was absolutely spectacular - but at that price, it's not a treat I can afford regularly (when I can find it, which I often can't).
*NB: According to my last aura reading, my soul is a dark chocolate brown with a light frothy crema. ;)

Just plain ol' black coffee. For a treat though I'll get a Cafe Americano.

If its Starbucks or other strong coffee house coffee, I add a bit of cream. If it's folgers or maxwell house, not very strong, than I a drank it black.

OK mine is weird,
organic decaf always whole bean. Caffeine tweaks me out
No matter what coffee you drink, make sure that it is not ground first. Coffee looses its flavor and potency hours after the beans are ground.

Usually strong and black.
But I do enjoy the occasional quad-venti-latte :)
