A nice piece of cheddar cheese, thin slice of red onion, a couple of dill pickle slices and ketchup and mustard.

I think you should go with a western flare- give it some BBQ sauce, maybe an onion ring, and some crispy thick cut peppered bacon. Make sure you have cheddar on it!! Yummy, yummy, in your tummy...

If I wanted to gain twenty million pounds I would put on bacon, tomatoe, mayonaise, kethcup, and more cheese. LOL, no, how about just ketchup, to be healthy.
