Need help on daily updo hair styles.?

Question

My hair is long & dark. I am outside or in non airconditioned areas much of my work day, and need to keep my hair off my face & neck. The old ponytail in the scruncie just doesn't work anymore! Any ideas for updos that are casual, but neat and professional looking? Thank you!

using a clip keeps hair out of your face and from burning up. It also looks classy.
