well, sounds like she has bloat. her stomach being swollen is NOT a good thing. i work at a vet. hosp. and a swollen stomach usually means that. if she does have bloat she can die, take her to the vet's immediately.
your financial situation should not hinder the love for your pet if she is a member of the family.
most hospitals will try to work with you on a payment plan.

Well she is in desprate need of vet care. If she is as you say a member of the family then work something out with your vet to pay for the visit. She needs help now!
It could be bloat or even a twisted intestine and that can be deadly!
Get her the the vet now!

Then spend the money and take her to the vet. It sounds serious and if not taken care of, you could loose her. Sounds like problem with the stomach , maybe twisted, or a tumor. Boxers are prone to cancer !!!. Get her checked immediately.

If she's truly a member of the family you will not deny her medical attention. Call your vet for a payment plan. Ask about Care Credit plan.If your vet does not accept care Credit call a vet who does. Contact your humane society and explain your situation. Do this quickly please.

It sounds like bloat, and the only thing that can be done to save her is to go to the vet's office asap!
Most vets will work out a payment plan, and for future problems you can get pet insurance.

confident, it must be Parvo. I had a domestic dog who caught Parvo. not one of the older canines have been given unwell. Vet, Now!! I in basic terms spoke with a chum vacationing with the aid of Utah. Vet there mentioned they are having a Parvo outbreak. they are questioning it must be a sparkling stress. theory i might share what she advised me for all and sundry in that area. appears like whoever offered her the domestic dog desires to be contacted too. Vet charges for the kennel cough could be accountability of the broker when you consider that puppy got here with it. At 8 weeks, puppies can get unwell and dehydrate notably directly. If it have been my puppy, i might circulate to the ER vet this nighttime.

i would think that when u got her checked that they would have checked for cancer in her stomatch. i had a boxer and he started to get sick ,he wasn't eatin, then he started to throw up alot ,yellow ,when it got really bad we took him to a vet and they educated us on some boxers they are prone to cancer in their stomatch ,its hereditary, the doctor said that usually dogs live a couple of years .Our dog was 8 years old which was a long life for him. options for my dog ,to operate 1000$, but no garuantees and will need chemo. meds. we're talkin lots money to be spent. we love and loved our dog and thats a life for an animal. we put him down. Hope that ur dog doesn't have that.

look up distemper. One of my lab pups just died form this. She would not eat, vomited a lot, produced a bunch of siliva, and was very weak.
Or watch what you give your dogs to play with. Plastic, foam and anything that they can see they will chew on. Something could be plugging her intestines up.
Hope she gets better.

her intestines could be twisted inside which causes the swelling and breathing problems this can lead to death if left untreated
