I am asking again because I need help........long one?

I am in a casual relationship with this guy I have known for a while. FWB only for the past 41/2 months. Until now things have been great. We talk on the phone anywhere from once a week to 4x a day and we see each other often. (at his house mostly because I live with a roomate who doesn't like visitors) Last time I saw him things went fine but I got this odd feeling as I was leaving. Nothing he said or did, I figured it was from staying up all night. BUT 3 days later I decided to call. There was no answer so I left a message. I called at a time when I know he is usually home but I guess that doesn't mean anything. Normally a call wouldn't matter but he has never done that before. Anytime I called and left a message he called back really fast.like within minutes. So I was thinking maybe he is ignoring my call. I know it has only been one call and not even one day since I called but still it hasn't happened before. Do you think I am reading too much into this or is he ignoring me?

You sound crazy to me. What is a casual relationship? Is that when you just casually go over there to get it on? If that is the case then you should not be concerned about anything. I have had those sort of relationships and then the girls fall in love and start getting jealous and crazy. You have no right to get crazy if it is just a casual thing. If you want the relationship to be exclusive, then you should let him know. If that happens, then you still can't be acting crazy if he does not call you back in a few minutes. Guys hate that crap. However, if he does not call you back by the next day, then start wondering, but don't get crazy. Wait a minute, I think that is impossible. All women are crazy.

Well it could be that he is casually dating someone else, or that he has found someone he wants to be serious with, or the whole time he actually had a gf.

If before he would always call back asap and now thats stopped its a good indication.

He may have thought you were getting to serious and he didn't want that or like I said he was casually dating someone else and thought you wouldn't like it or likes them more.

Its a womans intuition so if you feel something is wrong there maybe.

I would say don't fret over it but your going to.

Give it another day and call...if you get the same response...nothing then I would just let it go.

Well, depends, are you a pisces?, do you get feelings like that often? Do your senses mislead you, or are they on the mark? I have the same problems, Sometimes. But my intuition is about 98% right. My lady friend sometimes misses calls, or does not respond, but every so often when it happens i KNOW she is being shady. And i catch her everytime. She apologizes, and we understand each other about alot of things. But that "feeling", can be undeniable. I honestly say go with it, and see whats going on. But if you feel like this alot, or have noticed you feel that way alot, with other relationships or other aspects of life, i suggest you sit and wait. People "senses" if trained are VERY powerful. Ooh, dont go kicking any doors down, wait a few hours, call him again. Still no answer, knock on the door and tell him you were worried about him. If he seems Sheepish, give him a huge hug, and shed a lil waterworks, (trying to make yourway inside the house). If he lets you in, everything is probably ok (probably). If he doesn't... pack your bags and go.

He may feel a little clautrophobic in the relationship if you are hanging on every phone call, etc. So guys like to do the chasing. If he is not chasing you, then he may feel the realtionship is not as strong and not worth pursuing. Or perhaps he is busy at work or has another crises that he is dealing with at the moment.
My advice is to relax a little and find some other interests to occupy your time.

Well as you said yourself, you both are only FWB, so he does not owe it to you to call. Personnally, I feel this FWB usually benefits the guy, as this gives him the benefits without the committment. A girl after a while can get attached and therefore feel used. Sounds as if this is starting to begin with you. You are having feelings for him and it is causing you great anxiety as you feel no committment from him. Next time think twice before entering a FWB relationship.

maybe your just over looking this, he could have been out to the store for something or went out of town for buisness, give him another call and if not y not drive down to his house to see if he is home then call on your cell from outside his house, and if you see his car there but still no answer, then that means he is ignoreing you......maybe for a bad reason but also it could be that he doesnt want to speak to anyone right now because he is going through something and he needs a little time for himself

You're probably reading into this too much. Maybe he has a really busy week and simply hasn't had time to call you back. Give him time.

its a casual relationship so you cant expect much from this type of relationship could be when you called he had someone else there and didnt pick up the phone but when he heard your voice called you back. you need to be asking him these things

I think it's too early to tell if he is ignoring you or not. Give it time but don't call him.

Wait and see. The hardest thing to do. and painful.

Maybe you should consider if he is worth the trouble. Another hard one.
