I have been enveloped in his warmth and felt the cold darkness when he is kept apart from me.

Considering the poor weather we have at times over here (this morning we had so much fog you could hardly see your neighbour's house), I cannot confirm that the sun turns up for work as it should. I have certain ideas about how the sun could improve my day. If it does, I will worship it by walking outdoors and having an ice cream or two.

The Sun can also give you sun stroke and cancer to which the only SON of God can heal. This being Jesus Christ (the visible manifestation of the invisible God).
Good luck in your sun worship.

The Son is the God of the Sun. Worship Him, and not His Creation.

Idol worshipers did exactly that.
Existence is not limited to just physical reality. There is a whole world of invisible forces and energies for example that surrounds us, without which life would be impossible.

Well I don't have faith sense I'm an atheist so I don't worship anything right now. But I don't see myself "worshiping" anything no matter how real it is. I can respect it sure, but to worship seams a little too submissive to me. Plus I don't believe that worship and free will can coexist.

There are many Gods to worship. I've already chosen mine and it is not the sun.

Cute.
I do worship a God I can see....I see Him when I look at my children and everything around me (skies, grass, stars, you get the picture).
I feel Him when I worship.
PS He created the Sun.
