How to Ripen Bananas
If your bananas are too green, you can put them in a paper bag to ripen. If you add an apple or tomato to the bag, the bananas will ripen even faster. Do you know why? It’s because apples and tomatoes give off ethylene gas, which speeds the ripening of bananas.

Everytime I go ahead and buy the green ones they go from green to rotten over night. I will try the paper bag suggestion.

just let them sit a few days...or, and im not sure if they work this way like some other fruit, put in a papwer bag possibly

i had that problem a few weeks ago i boiled a few of them and let the rest just hang out and finally one day they were ripe enough to eat.
