have it removed and then you won't have to worry anymore, it is not that bad to have it removed

if your mole is definitely getting bigger there is a huge chance it can be melanoma or another skin cancer. People might not realize the danger of this, because if it gets pretty large and seeps into the blood stream then the cancer has spread and it is a lot harder to treat cancer like that then just a cancerous mole in the early stages that hasn't reached below the skin. Please see a doctor and have this removed immediately. Also even if its not cancer its better to be safe then sorry. Good luck.

Saffron,

Is it new, changed shape, color, or have discharge?
If not keep an eye on it for a month. If it changes in any minute way go to your doctor-

I have a very scary mole story but let me say I am here to raise awareness - if it's something you have had and it's the same as ever, just bring it up at the next Physical or appt. you need to see your MD>
If it is new, or any of the above.. call.

It's probably not cancerous but, you can never tell just from the Internet (especially asking on Q&A forums). Only a doctor and/or a biopsy can determine what to do.

When in doubt remove. Go to the doctor. If it is growing or turning colors or growing in an irregular shape; then go to the doctor quickly.
