No. It is the age -the youth-who should be protected by parents
Teachers and the society. That age is not a matured one. This is what is happening in foreign countries.

Yes, every opportunity we can give kids a chance to be safe when engaging in sex is to society's benefit. Denying the problem doesn't change the problem, it only allows it to run free.

yes, some people think that if you talk about sex with teen it is like encouraging them to do it, well i have teens and i know that if they want to do it they will, if they have condoms then maybe they will use them, i can handle a baby but i don't want my daughters to have a disease they can't get rid of and and will jeopardize their future

Absolutely! Teens are having sex whether or not we want them to. If they are going to have sex it should be safe.
