You haven't provided enough information as to the actual problem yet, but here's a tool that might help you:

It is a stand-alone startup manager. Be careful using it, as disabling the wrong thing can lead to other issues.

Start it in safe mode then check it out run chkdsk.exe and defrag. also if u have the o/s disk you can insert it into the cd drive and the go to start then run then enter the following cmd then press enter then type in sfc then hit enter. when the new little black screen comes up you can completely fix any missing or moved or fill corruption from within the menu that is there... cheers~
