I imagine if a persone called me with such a threat I would assume this person called the wrong number or was playing a joke on me. IF the caller persisted though then I would call the police just out of annoyce.

I woudn't warn anyone, or threaten. It can get you arrested, thus prevent you from carrying out your plot.
