This morning, my boyfriend & I were at a red light. Next to us was a pretty woman in the other car. She took off when the light turned green. My bf caught up to her. It was as though they were racing to every light . They kept up w/ each other. Both cars made the same turns. When we turned onto a much busier street w/ more lanes, he slowed way down, as if to let her catch up to the red light. He could have made that light, but she would not have. I questioned his actions & he grew very defensive and loud. She turned off & he started driving normal again. I questioned if he knew her or if that was just some sort of flirting? He just became argumentive. So, I let it go.

Ok, he was having fun. Let him. PLEASE let him. It was harmless, If it were another guy would you be asking if he was flirting? Maybe your a little jealous? But Flirting, is totally harmless if it's a 1 way conversation. I still flirt, and i do it so blatently that my GF usually laughs. She sometimes points out that i forget to make compliments to her. And i am wrong in that. And i do apologize. Sometimes i do it for fun, and my GF hits me, i know she's not mad it's just our routine. I've even told pretty waitresses, "hey let me ditch her real quick, so we can hang out when your off work." I know that i'm doing wrong, and i get hit in the back of the head for it. But we laugh about it, and the waitress is usually blushing. (I've also told waitresses that my girlfriend was interested in them, and that she said she'd leave me if i didn't tell you) That one i usually get kicked in the knees for. Anyhow, flirt, have fun, BOTH of you. But if you make a big deal out of it, you create a wall between you two. Also, maybe he just likes to drive, and compete. Either way, it was completly harmeless, unless you think he is going to scour the city looking for this car again, and stalk the woman untill he finds her again, to continue flirting, and if that is the case both of you have bigger issues than flirting.

It was flirting and rude and insensitive for him to do that with you right there in the car not to mention the fact that he shouldn't be flirting if you two are exclusive. I wouldn't harp on it, but I don't think you were out of line to say something either. It is one thing to look at a pretty girl and another entirely to be flirting with her.

it's flirting... but unintentional. Some guys just like to race off the line with anyone, but the fact that he slowed down for her to catch up makes it seem more like flirting.

Don't make a big deal about it though, it's harmless.

once you're questioning, it likely is. every time you experience an emotional connection with somebody else, any style of contact that feels intimate - may nicely be basically speaking or texting, yet feels close, brings you in the route of that individual - is dishonest. in case you at the prompt are not emotionally in contact, then those similar issues are basically pleasant. also i'm assuming by ability of kissing you recommend a kiss on the cheek, because on the mouth or deep kissing is unquestionably by the line.

That is really very strange. I think maybe they did know each other, and if not, its just really weird, lol. But to answer your question, yes I would consider that flirting, dangerous way of doing it though.

relax, he may have been flirting, heck he could have known her, or it could have just been the girl was acting like she wanted to race. She was in the other car and they didnt even talk.....let this one go.

yes, it was flirting. It might've been subconscious, but it was definitely flirting.

I've been caught doing the same thing, and you were right to call him on it.
