That is a quotation, used as a warning to Julius Caesar who was assassinated on the Ides of March which is March 15. (Also my sister was born March 15, trouble with a capital T!)

Well, Caesar should beware the Ides of March because that is the day of the mutiny that lead to his death. He was told in a prophecy that he should "beware the Ides of March"
