Milk is a good source of protein. (8 grams in 1cup, usually)
Eggs are also a good source (about 4 grams per egg)
Nuts are a great source of protein, too. A couple ounces of nuts contains 7 or 8 grams of protein.

One of the best sources of protein is whey protein. Whey protein contains the highest natural biological value protein available from any single protein source. It comes in powder form which you mix with water before consuming it in liquid form as a beverage.

A great breakfast source is a smoothie Here's how you do it to make it more protein.

Fruit of your choice
1 fat free flavored yogurt (protein)
a few slices of tofu (tasteless protein)
sugar free juice, and ice. Blend them and drink it.
This mix is my favorite

Fruit mix of strawberries, cantalope, pineapple, kiwi
1 fat free yogurt (vanilla)
4-5 slices of tofu
Sugar fee Fiesta Melody Juice
mmmm....it's the best

But here are a few others.
Peanut butter
Beans
Nuts
Eggs (no yolk just whites)
But meat is the highest

What about fish? Tuna is great a source. Soybeans/edamame are too, and that's soy protein. There's a ton of different sources and kinds: Whey, Soy, Casein, Eggwhite, ect.
Eggs are an excellent source...same with egg whites.

eggs, cheese, or protein supplements. (I hear whey protein is really healthy)

Also rice and beans. There are other combos of vegatables that can give you protein, but make sure you combine the right ones, or the protein chains won't be "complete" and therefore useless. Animal products have complete protein chains already. Rice and beans combined make a complete chain.

eggs and beans are both excellent sources of protein that you can have for breakfast. They also sell granola bar and other breakfast drinks and bars that are high in protein.

Three grams or so per pound for building muscle. another really good source is egg white.. approx. 1 grams per egg white. Get some Whey protien shake mix for when you are working out in the gym, its fast acting, and deleviers protien to your muscles immediatly.

Peanuts, Peanut butter.

I'm sure you could eat a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for breakfast, or try grabbing a handful of peanuts before walking out the door.

I heard also, that one tablespoon of peanut butter (not Peter Pan), is very good for you right before bed.

Eggs/egg beaters
yogurt (check the labels--some are higher in protein than others)
cereal with milk (again, check the labels on the cereal)
