I am going to tell this girl I like her today, after school, we are going to walk to her car, she is going to get into it and go. I like her alot, and think she likes me 2.
Would I be smart if I told her before she got into the car and left? Or should I wait until another time to tell her?

Tell her before she gets into the car. Two reasons. First of all better sooner then later and second if her she doesn't feel the same way well she was going to drive away anyways and neither of you will have to stand there for long feeling all awkward

Probably not the best idea just to say "i like you" it could lead to a weird situation. As a girl I'm not sure how I would react. Might be better to just do things to let her know that you are interested. Walking her to her car, smiling when you talk to her, saying things like how you love spending time with her, then maybe ask her to go somewhere with you. She's a girl, she'll know how you feel.

Tell her as she's walking to her car, not as she's getting into it.

i would just tell her straight up why do you have to wait until she gets in her car if she likes you then theres nothing to worry about

It is all up to you. We make our own destiny and all that jazz. If you think that she likes you too then why not just spill it. No sense in beating around the bush. You don't want to think of her in the future as the one that got away.
