Eds, Ah, the good, ole hair color rule. But does she or doesn't she only her hairdresser knows for sure. Wouldn't work anyway people would be all changing their hair color just to vote.
But considering the low number of people who do vote, probably wouldn't matter much anyway.

It would make more sense to do the opposite, but I wouldn't agree with being incredibly intolerent like that.

lets see.... seperation of church and state... saying that the state cannot enforce any religion on us nor ban us from anything because we practice a faith...

nope, they should be allowed to vote..
