What's causing your headache? When it's consistent for more than a few days, it's a really good idea to talk to a doctor about it.
If it's just tension/stress/fatigue, take a few hours to de-stress - take a bath, get a friend/family member to give you a neckrub, something - and go to bed early.
If you've been taking aspirin or tylenol consistently for more than a few days, you could actually get a headache as reaction to stopping taking it - your body gets used to having the chemicals in your system and complains when you stop. That you just have to wait out - taking the painkillers again just makes the problem last longer.

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck.
Headaches can be caused by minor problems
like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more serious reasons
like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can
have harmful side effects, so it is better to
modify your lifestyle. More information available at

well if the headache is allergies or sinus related, they I would suggest getting some good allergies meds, saline nose spray and warm compresses on the face, and maybe a decongestant...if it is stress related, you have to teach your self ways to relax and unwind...if neither of these help then it could be a common cluster headache, and some Advil, and a cool compress on your face will help. cutting back on caffeine usually helps also.
