I've never heard that one, but i dont see how just dont wear them to tight breathing room, other than that i'm not really sure.

In the heat of summer if you don't wear looser clothing and wear cotten or polyester undies somewhat often then yeah you could develop some problem. Don't know about a yeast infection but it could be possible.

yes! b/c they don't allow the air to circulate down there. if you have a problem with yeast infections, only wear COTTON undies. your friend down there needs to breath too!
