I googled "lie bump" as I'd never heard it. Someone else asked a similar question in Yahoo answers (!!!) and the suggestion they were given was "try popsicles". The answer was given five stars so it might be worth a go.

Acidic foods do indeed cause the bumps and I have found that based such as baking soda help immensely. Just wet ur finger and dip it in the soda and touch it to the inflamed bumps. Repeat every couple hours and it greatly diminishes the pain and longevity of the nasty things!

If it's what I heard someone talking about in the past, I know some people pull them off with tweezers! Sounds painful, but I guess it works.

I get them all the time. I get salt and put it on it. It hurts but it dries it up quicker.
