I take 4 medications. Food has no taste to it. What if anything can I do about this?

Me too, food sometimes has a metallic taste due to the chemicals in the medicines. live with it or croak out without it.

Yes, it does. Antibiotics and certain other drugs do affect the taste buds and one also tends to lose appetite, beside the sense of taste and sometimes, the sense of smell too. However, once you are off these medicines, these senses do return.
You can check with the doctor what needs to be done to regain the lost sense of taste. I hope you will get well enough soon, and you get to reduce your medication at the earliest.
