Where in Canada can I buy 4f or FFFFg black powder for flintlock pan priming muzzleloading?

I live in Manitoba and the local Gun dealers and SIR mailorder does not have it either! I am willing to ship it in but don't know where to start.

im not sure where they got their name but Ellwood Epps in barrie Ontario has it for sure their must be a closer place but i bought all my B.P. supplies from them when i lived up there to cold i came back to texas at least its in the country
