I originally started taking it for chronic pain but after a couple years, it hardly helps and if I run out it is like my whole world stops - I would rather be beaten to death than have to experience withdrawels like this. Does anyone know how to do this????

You need to speak to your doctor about this. They have programs to help you. Right away. I know of one person who did it himself, but he wasn't on it as long as you....he started to GRADUALLY taper it. He was on Tramadol and Vicodin. He was taking almost 16 pills a day for 8 months, under doctors orders and he succeeded. You can too. But as I said before, talk to your doctor about it....ASAP. It only gets worse. Good luck.

NA is a good idea and you could also try yoga or an herbal flush to reduce the amount of chemical in your body. Try the body cleansing diet in "Back to Eden" by Klauss it is very good and will help you detox with more effectiveness. Good Luck!

Get rid of it all or have someone do it for you then get involed in an activity to keep your mind off it (like golf)
