I have been teaching for almost eight years, and just recently finished grad. school with a degree in Educational Leadership and Management.

While I did very well in school, it seems as though I am not the most marketable candidate for school admin. I look significantly younger than I really am, and most of the people in these positions in my area (within 75 miles) seem to be middle aged men.

Any ideas of areas that I should look it that I might be qualified for other than Admin.?

This is outrageous in this day and age that because you are a young-ish looking female that you should be disadvantaged in a job search for a responsible position. Do not accept that, do not go along with that, do not put up with that. If you feel you are well-qualified for a position pursue it aggresively; do not be part of your own oppression.

P.S. Good luck.

If you look that good, how about a pole dancerat a strip club or waitress at Hooters?
