Hey everybody I don't know what Ecossaise means its a song

It means French for Scottish talkign about anything feminine.
It is Ecossais for masculine

Beethoven wrote both a Symphonie Ecossaise and a Marche Ecossaise. Both words are feminine in French and "Ecossaise" is the feminine adjective for "Scottish".
"Scottish Symphony" and "Scottish March".
