Breakfast; 2 eggs (fried) 3-4 pieces of salami, little bit of cheese, salt & pepper, Water

Lunch; roughly 10-12 oz of meat, usually beef or pork, with fried veggies from last night, salt & pepper, water

Dinner: again 10-14 oz of meat, usually beef or pork, fried veggies (red/green bell peppers, oinons, mushrooms, garlic) salt & pepper, water, tea, (unsweetend),

I´ve been tryin to watch my carb intake because i´ve been noticing my stomach getting bigger and i´d like it to get smaller. i´ve been doing this diet for about 5 days and I have not deviated from the list above.

it basically sounds like the Atkins diet. Which is really not a safe diet. They are finding that too much fatty foods, is causing heart problems. you can cut out your simple carbs, such as candy, junk food, white flour and you will get the same results. Just eat whole wheat breads and pasta instead of white, watch it that it does not have enriched wheat in it. And you need to workout, that is the best thing you can do for losing weight and your heart!

Five days is not long enough to see results in any diet, my dear. The ATKINS diet was never intended to be a high fat diet. Dr. Atkins was a heart specialist, of course he never intended people to live on fatty foods. For over 30 years his patients saw a reduction is weight with IMPROVED heart functions and a decrease in blood lipids. All of which means you have to reduce your FAT intake as well as carbohydrates.

Egg whites are better than using the yolks, turkey bacon has less fat that pork. You need to go to the ATKINS website and look at their menus and read which foods are allowed and in what quantity. There is a glycemic index which you need to get familiar with or refer to when planning your meals.

yeah, that is a bit too much meat.

Technically, on the diet, you can eat as much of any of the approved foods as you want, BUT you are supposed to only eat until full and you are not supposed to eat unless you are hungdry......
