There are spas and nail parlors that do the tooth "geming" they apply adhesive to your tooth or teeth and apply gems, charms and some times little lengths of chain. You have to look in the local free community paper for pricing and locations. A word of caution the adhesive is very hard on your teeth and can damage the enamel - additionally you need to rinse after every meal to keep them from making your breath foul by trapping food particles.
