Let me answer your question not in a scientific way but another way.Why do you want to go for hair transplantation? You want to change the nature's law.Be as it is.Do not bather the comments of your friends. If any one seriously passes comments then he or she cannot be your friend.Just to avoid comments,if you want to have hair transplantation, then it is like acting.A good friend is a person who accepts others with all their plus and minus.Try to identify good friends and be a good friend to others.Truly speaking, post effect of hair plantation (if any) is not known to any body.

Hi. Baldness is a very common problem, and it is usually a confidance issue. I can understand that prople make fun of you, and so you feel a lack of confidence. Hair transplant is a reasonably good procedure for your problem. What happens is that the hair on your head, usually in hte front and sides, is more prone to hormonal influences, hence you get bald (Male pattern baldness). Hair on the back of your head is resistant to hormones, which is why you rarely get bald there. In hair transplant, these hairs are picked up and implanted in the hair lacking areas. Normally, about 1000 strands are transplanted at one time. Your may need more sittings depending on area of baldness. The transplanted hair starts to appear after about 4 to 6 weeks after the procedure, and once it is established, ususally remains lifelong. Most plastic surgeons will do this procedure. Go for someone who does a microsurgical technique. There is no such thing as a laser in this procedure.

Going for a hair transplant for baldness is a sign of low self-confidence and insecurity.
Pay more attention to rather improve your personality and confidence. Carry yourself well, and no one would care about the bald head.

Also, if you undergo hair transplant, it'd look extremely artificial, and like doll hair.
