I think it depends on who it is, and if it's just applying to anyone in general, a current significant other or something like that. Some people can pull of the look with alot and look very intriguing. (Such as, I saw a guy at work yesterday with tattoos everywhere but somehow he pulled it off and didn't seem trashy or fugly at all.) If it was someone I was dating, he couldn't be slathered in them, but could have several. None that are completely covering his arms from shoulder to hand , but decent ones

when you start putting them on your neck, face, hands and anywhere you can not comfortably and consistently cover with normal clothes. When I am 30 I might want to get a good paying job.
You can have your own business or work for your parents with a tattoo on your face, but where else?

It's all up to you... however many you want. You can never have to many tattoos as long as you want them, I mean it's your body

It's only too many when you think it's too many. tattoos are for you, not others - so get as many as you want. Stop when you're done. :)

i think that about 3 tattoos is good. too many tattoos is trashy. when people cover their whole body with tattoos that is nasty.

For guys I like 4 or 5 I love them on there neck so sexy...but females I think 3 or 4 is good on them

matters on size and location of them ive got 1 im limiting myself to 4 coz any more i thinks is too many
