I hear the F-22 and F-35 have EP weapons which means anything in range is doomed. No electricity means the enemy aircraft and missles are worthless.
What you really want to know is which aircraft has the best turning radius since nobody does dogfights with air to air missles that have very long ranges. Both the SU-47 and F-22 can outfly their pilots. The best pilots can pull just over 9 Gs before they black out. Both jets can make the pilots black out. There are AA missles that can pull 12 G, which means it's unlikely to be able to just outturn a missle anymore.

examine the JSF software, Boeing made the X-32, Lockheed Martin made the X-35, the X-35 won Now, the F-22 is between 2 and thrice as plenty using fact the F-35, and does no longer have a purpose for on the instant's battles. it is an air superiority fighter. We had air superiority over Iraq 3 seconds after the conflict began. The F-35 basically has one engine and does no longer have a similar stealth means (yet various stealth even nevertheless), yet contains a better payload (for stealth, the F-22s payload is all inner on a similar time as the F-35 can carry added bombs/missiles/gas tanks under the wings). The F-35 is likewise extremely so plenty extra versatile, using fact the F-22 demands a runway which could be problematical in top an invasion on a similar time as the F-35 B and C editions could be released off ships (Cs require distributors on a similar time as the Bs are STOVL, which ability they are able to launch off smaller ships). in any case, as you will see that the F-22 is extra high priced than the F-35 and the F-35 is extra clever proper for the missions we are battling on the instant;m via the time any us of a develops a plane able to touching the F-22 the F-22 would be old via 20 years besides and we are able to need a clean proper of the line air superiority fighter.

The F-22. because of its thrust vectoring and large control surfaces. as for the Typhoon and the F-35, ??? the F-35 is supposed to be the replacement for the F15 and 16, both were nimble fighters, but the Typhoon has those canard wings on the nose that make that plane very maneuverable.
Your question is about dogfighting only right??

In this scenario, put your money on the technology which is the F-22. Of course it is complex but I think we have some of the best fighter training schools in the world, so I would not be too concerned with our pilots not being able to man the technology. It's sort of like the M1 battle tank against the Russian battle tanks we faced in Iraq. If we can pick you off before you can even see us, then there really is no sense in a close quater tank battle.

Given it's stealth capabilities, the Raptor would likely blow the Berkut out of the air before it was within visual range. Hence, by that time, dogfighting is a moot point.

The F-22 is, by far, the most advanced and efficient dogfighter in the world. The reasoning is because its ability to remain concealed to radar and its extreme maneuverability (especially combined with its speed). The aircraft has been known to simultaneously take on 4-6 opponents in wargaming and still come out victorious.

The F22 is an incredibly advanced aircraft, but that's also been a drawback - complex systems can be vulnerable.
Sukhoi aircraft are famous for their toughness, and ability to function in adverse conditions.
In a stand-up contest, my money would be on the best pilot.

Who gives a crap, when was the last arial dogfight in modern warfare?
Plenty of our (future) enemys have airforces but we'd never engage them when we could knacker their facilities with a Cruise missile launched from miles away in the middle of the sea!

Personally I would have chosen the good old British Bulldog, it will see off any poodle on the block. In other words my old son the Harrier Jump jet could have taken on both the Typhoon and F35.
Why else do you think the American's wanted it scrapped? It would have cornered the market.
