I'm an atheist, but if it meant keeping either of my sons from living a dangerous and lonely lifestyle,
I'd try anything.

We live in such a sinful time but the bible speaks of this time when Good will be looked at as bad and Bad will be looked at as good. We celibrate in sin just as Sodom and Gamorah. and just like in those times, homosexuality/bisexuality was running rampant and the society had accepted it with open arms, just as our society is doing now. We are not to hate homosexuals, we are to love them but try to help them see the error in which they are living their lives (hate the sin, not the person).
If a child is questioning their sexuality, I think it is important to tell them about the expectations of the Lord (It's easier if the child was raised with biblical principles) but the Lord's word does not come back void, something will settle on that child even if they don't believe, so I don't think it will not hurt to go to a christian camp that will show that child love, and the love of the father. One of the glaring factors with the decision to live homosexual or bisexual lifestyles, is that they did not experience love from same sex parent and/or were abused by opposite sex parent or vice versa. Something hindered that person from developing fully and receiving emotional support from those who were suppose to love that child. Homosexuality is an act against nature as the bible states, the claim that homosexuals make is that they should be able to love anyone they choose, and they are right they should and we all should love each other. But love should not be perverted and go into the sexual nature with same sex. what they are really seeking is emotional support but our society has told us that men especially should be these strong robot characters who don't show emotions and so when emotions are shown then they are labels as soft, so mix that with other family issues and you have a formula for maladaptive behaviors. I just wish more in the homosexual community will be honest with themselves and seek the truth for their own sake.

I'm not sure what a Jesus Camp is but if my children were confused about bisexuality I would just explain to them how we are God's own creation.
I would tell them that each of us sins and being sinful by nature does not mean it's okay to sin. We are all called to turn away from sin and follow Christ.
Having a "sin" be socially and societally acceptable doesn't make it okay.

I think that they should be loved and instructed not to partake in the temptation of the flesh. Should it be a "Jesus Camp," exorcism of demons, like that scene in "Saved," absolutely not. Those are people with no supernatural knowledge or power doing God's job, and not usually in a loving way. The child is vulnerable and needs a lot of support.

Why let someone else teach them about sin? Are not the parents the first line of defense or perhaps they are not based in scripture enought to do that. Perhaps the whole family should go to Jesus camp.

No.
I think they need guidance from their parents.
At Deuteronomy 6:6-9 states that parents should be the ones to teach their children from the Bible.
