I always used Ephidrine and loved it, it was great, kept me in great shape and so I don't want responses about how it is not "good for you", that's just ignorance. But the truth is now that it is illegal to buy how can I make the stack JUST as potent as before?

the ephedrine did not keep you in great shape, though it may have helped burn off some fat. Yes, recognizing that ephedrine is not good for you, given that people have had heart attacks as a result of its use, is definitely ignorance.

if you are extremely obese, tell a doc that you want some help in losing weight - tell him you heard about some drug called dexedrine or something. Ask him for this - it's 10X better than ephedrine. Also, tell him that you just think you would like to try it for a short time or something - say a month or 2 so that you can get 'going' on a healthy lifestyle plan.
The other way to get it is to fake adult symptoms of ADHD/ADD or to actually have them and attempt to get it prescribed - yes it's an amphetamine.

Healthy diet and exercise?
I guess that's too difficult, but the only way you can get ephedrine now is illegally.

Proper diet and exercise is your only way now. You could try caffeine pills.
