Davina McCall - Power of 3.
Its in 3 parts, Legs and Bums, Upper Body, and Abs.
It is a very good DVD and you can really feel it working.
Also, the Toning Part of the Jordan DVD is really good for your bum. And the aerobics bit is relatively easy.
Good luck

i have just dusted off my Rosemary Connely one fat burner and has two half hour excersise routines. I feel as if I have had a good workout also my friend brought me gaynor Fay (out of fat friends) and that is also a very good workout for all over.
My husband brought me a Carl Lewis (athlete) step twisters with the arm pulls and i can tell you I have lost 2 inches off my upper and low thigh, strenthened my legss and tightenend my saggy bum with it and only had it a month. It cost £30 from Makro but you can get them at sports shops and argos. I started of just five min then ten i now do 15 per day remember to warm up first and warm down as you will damage yourself with any excersise.
Bev Coltrade the one who plays Liz mcdonald has good video's out as she has her own excersise class for real.

For thighs and bum, try Billy Blank's BootCamp Elite "Lower Body Bootcamp". It's great for shaping your legs, thighs and butt. Be prepared for lunges and squats. It's tough at first, but you don't have to do all of it, just push yourself. After some time you'll be going through it without a problem. The other BootCamp Elite videos are great too!

Hi. I just started back my exercises as well. I haven't done them in months though. I recommend Walk Away The Pounds and Denise Austin Fitness Videos. She rocks. Try target.com

Any of the Tae-Bo ones are good. You can make them as easy as you want.
