What i meant is, is Chinese the most beautiful written word? I myself is a Chinese and i think that its really artistic and beautifully written and spoken language. Its really hard to learn compared to any other languages.. It has an age of over 600 years and has evolved rapidly since.. Each word has their own story and its symbolizes the thing.. it changes from the words that are written on cave walls to words that we see today.. What do you think?

Most written languages are representation of the spoken words. They have no meanings by themselves. The written words in these cultures were developed much later than their spoken language.

Unlike others, Chinese written words were developed simultaneously as the spoken words. Each character represents the object itself without by-passing the spoken language. That's goes to say that the Chinese ancestors were better at handicrafts, more knowledgeable with tools, and had the wisdom to leave history much earlier than others. Doesn't matter if you like how it looks, that's just genius.

What I can't understand is why weren't there much music documentation system in Chinese? Well, most culture didn't. I suspect that Chinese are more visual, and symbols were used to describe visual objects but not sounds. What a shame that all the music were lost.

I like how Chinese traditional character looks, but I also like Sanskrit. Even with so few words, there are some mighty meaningful concepts in Sanskrit that are entirely absent from other languages. However, Sanskrit is not a complete system, at least not for the modern world. So that's my second favorite.

*p.s. A complete writing system in Chinese characters appeared in China 3200 years ago during the Shang Dynasty, making it what is believed to be the oldest surviving writing system.
Archeologists discovered Neolithic signs in Henan province, inscribed on tortoise shells which date back as early as the 7th millennium BC, and may represent possible precursors of the Chinese script.

Chinese written language could be 9000+ years old.

Yes. However, the Chinese written language goes back some 4,000 years, not 600.
