I'm a man but always have used the adage: Cleanse, Tone & Moisturise! I suffered a lot from acne and spots in my youth, so I use a witch hazel face scrub, a non-alcoholic toner and a simple non-fragrant moisturiser.

I tend to get oily skin if I use anything other than a basic moisturiser. That might help.

ok i love, love neutrogena products. they work great but don't cost that much. a cleanser from neutogena i would reccomend is clean pore cleanser/mask. u can use it as a cleaser every morning or if ur face has been acting up use it as a mask only a few times a week. it contains the acne medication benzoyl peroxide but only 3.5% so it won't dry out ur skin that much and will give u a good deep cleansing. next i use neutrogena alcohol-free toner. this will not dry ur skin out since it's alcohol free and will clean and reduce the size of ur pores. i then use neutorgena oil-free moisture for combination skin so it moisturizes areas that are dry and dosen't leave skin oily becuase it's oil free. this is what i do and my skin is perfectly clear and glowing. i hope this helps!!!!

two items that work wonders are:
1. Centaphil moisturizer (costs roughly 8 dollars)
2. Clinque moisturizer. (This one cost roughly 45 dollars and its in a small pink bottle)

I have dry skin do to being on accutane. Ive never had such soft skin then I have with using these two items (The clinque works the best out of the two... but if you dont want to put out 45 then centaphil works just as well)

1) Drink lots of water
2) Yogurt is good for the skin
3) don't want to bore you but change your diet with lots of vegetables and fruits

Try couple of samples of face creams. Oil of ulay, clinic, Garnie, try samples to see which one could go for your face.

But if you REALLY seriously want to know, then go one of the face department in Boots or anywhere you know - and ask a woman to check your face type and believe me, they are very good to explain what type of face cream you need to use.

good luck

Whatever you do find a great regime. Don't use anything that contains mineral oil (it isn't healthy for your skin)
and continue with your acne regime if its working.

Wash, Toner, and a day cream

If you can switch to a mineral powder foundation it's really great coverage (radiant) and good for your skin.
I love all Arbonne products- but whatever you try and it works for you stick to it. :O)

I use Noxzema citrus scrub and it cleared up after only a couple of uses and I think it really works. use your hands and make sure that you do it daily.
