I am 34 yrs, I am suffering from bleeding gums. Few RCTs have also been done. But still my gum bleeds. One of the doctor told me that there is no solution for gum disease. I have to massage with gumpaint. I would like to know is there any solution in allopathy or in any other alternative medicines. Kindly help.

It could be gingivitis. I have the same problem and the dentist tells me this is what it is. Ive heard antibiotics clear it up followed by proper care but he won't give me any antibiotics (thats a different story) Try asking your dentist if this could be the problem

Well, for starters, go consult with a Periodontist(gum specialist) not a dentist. Second, bleeding gums is a cause of many factors. It could be you're brushing too hard. You have to worry when your gums DON'T bleed anymore. When it gets to that point, it means your periodontitis has gotten so severe that your gums are now receding away from your teeth, and your bone support will soon follow, leading to eventually loss of your teeth.Get help now while you still can.Meanwhile, use plenty of Listerine and get to a periodontist quick.

I agree with the person above me. Floss and your teeth will clear up tremdously. Lots of listerine, GENTLE brushing twice a day, and regular cleanings at the dentist should help if it hasn't yet gotten to the stage where your teeth are falling out.

Check with a dentist. They have mouth washes for bleeding and infected gums. Do this before your teeth become loose, and start falling out.

Brush the teeth regularly with a mixture of salt and mustard oil. Also on alternate days, chew the twig of banyan with your teeth.
