"Addicted"? Maybe not. Obsessed? Yeah, I'd say so.
It really depends on what you want to do about it. The problem with porn is that some guys eventually get "reprogrammed", that is, they find porn and masturbation more satisfying than real life. You'll read about that here on "Answers" occasionally - a guy will say that he can't climax or ejaculate unless he is stimulating himself or thinking about one of his internet fantasies. The unreal replaces the real. Doesn't happen with all, but it is a possibility. I guess no one knows if it will to them until it happens. And, then, I have no idea what you do to unprogram the brain. Maybe hypnosis would help.
Anyway, just think of all the lost productivity in your life. You're sitting behind a screen three or four times a day doing absolutely nothing of any value beside giving yourself a chemical rush. It's better than drugs or alchohol, I suppose, but not by much.
If that's not enough to change your behavior, get some counseling or join a support group. I don't really think you are technically addicted, but you might be on the road to getting there. Is that where you want to go?

There has to be more to sex than just ejaculation... Besides after feeling the exhilaration of the moment, what do you have when it's over?Nothing!
If you feel you really have a sex addiction than I would suggest you get professional help and soon. If this is a true addiction it can lead to a very sad existence... Broken relationship after broken relationship. Not being able to commit to anything family, friends, job. All this will evolve into one miserable existence of self loathing.
If your young and just feeling your Cheerios, that's fine but just like with all addiction it'll sneak-up on you and take you down.

No, I don't think you are addicted. Maybe three or four times a day is too much. My question to you are you thinking about your girlfriend when doing this because if you aren't then I see that as cheating.

Turn off the computer for a month.
Go find yourself a nice place to meditate on what you really want in life. Sounds like your living in a box you dont' seem to have any goals or care about having them.

Masturbation is bad (tell you the truth) because everytime you masturbate there are millions of sperm cells you are losing that can lead you to infertility.
Dont worry you cope with it... try to lessen it like twice a day.... once a day until you survive a day without masturbation... because it will do no Good to you Mate!!!
Plus you have a girlfriend, understand her... if she is not ready.... this really shows that you love her for Who She is.... not for What she Have.....

wow.umm...i wouldnt say your addicted,but maybe you should take it easy...and i dont really think its a good idea that you tell ppl how often you masturbate.but hey,its your choice, but i have to give it to you...its better that you do that then cheat on your girlfriend.
