Check them out with the Better Business Bureau. No listing for such a company is showing up. If you believe that in fact fraud is involved, file a report with www.ic3.gov as well as the FBI here in the US. Good luck however getting the RCMP to do anything. Is their address one Toronto Center, point Two, 42nd St. Point 34 Toronto - 3TO1EH, Ontario, Canada? I would be very cautious.

I have heard of it but don't have detailed information. By the way, all firms are supposed to be registered with the Canadian government to carry on business within Canada!

I know nothing about it. I can tell you this. If they want money to hook you up with a job then it's almost surely a scam. In North America employers normally pay firms to find workers. In cases where the worker pays, it's normally a percentage of the annual wage and it's never payable in advance.
