It would deffinately increase pain! The old wives tales most of them are unreliable and dont work - i wouldnt dare put stinging nettles around nether regions it hurts bad enough of the hand or something and anyone who does try this needs to be admitted to a psyciatric ward for assesement lol

Sting nettles cause severe irritation of affected tissue. This irritation can be accompanied by swelling. The swelling goes down when the irritation stops. It could increase the size of an affected area, much like a wasp or bee sting does...

Typical - a wife says rub nettles on your nether regions, whatever next, sounds like another feminist stitch up.
if they said stick your head in the oven you'll be irresistable to all woman would you ?

think of roughly this: in the event that they worked, they might not be 'old wive memories'. case in point: it is not any longer an old-wive-tale that an apple is rotten while the outdoors is brown and gentle an delicate. that's a actuality, an remark. the subject with the old wive memories is they are splendid 50% of the time and you tell each and every physique that It worked! And it is authentic! And the different circumstances, while it became lifeless incorrect, properly, it is not any longer a precise technological awareness, and you tell no-one.

All you will get is sore swollen nether regions. You guys are so gullible. If someone said dunking it in molten larva from a volcano was useful, would you do it or post a question on answers first?

Have you ever been stung by stinging nettles? You think you want to die - it hurts badly. I certainly wouldn't put them in such a sensitive area! Maybe it will "increase" but that will be the least of your concerns.

It increases the swelling and discomfort in that area.
Old Wives tales are not usually based on science or any evidence.
